DESCRIPTION
Working on a new building project
for a medical centre is a challenge as understanding the requirements and regulations is what underpins all of the decisions. Having to coordinate and work with the power authorities can be difficult as their timeframes do not work in with the timeframes of the build. Having strong communication skills between the builder, the power authority and the client is what kept this project moving forward as there were many learning curves to ensure this project would be ready for handover.
